**What can you expect?**
- Fantastic opportunity to be a part of the Facility Management team, supporting with bordereau creation process for numerous Binding Authority contracts. The role will sit within Central Specialty, where we manage over 300 client and insurer Facilities. You will be working closely with functional areas of the team, and across all of the business units.
- There will also be scope to be involved with other Binders and Lineslips across the business, working closely with UK&I Placement, and Portfolio Solutions

**We will count on you to**:
- Work alongside team members to interpret Market Reform Contracts and transform that data into a monthly bordereau, across multiple product lines
- Understand the underwriting criteria and the technical aspects of Delegated Authorities
- Assist in problem solving and quality control of other team members work
- Become a technical point of knowledge for other team members to lean on and learn from
- Be a point of contact for internal and external queries and manage those relationships
- Take ownership and responsibility of Delegated Authority accounts and assist on others where needed
- Distribute reports to Insurers on a monthly basis
- Monitor premium throughput
- Reconciliation of premium payments
- Data analysis - create and maintain Excel files and Power BI Dashboards
**What you need to have**:
- Delegated Authority or substantial insurance experience
- Ability to rapidly comprehend and disseminate information
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic approach
- Strong team player
- Competent Microsoft Excel skills
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Previous office based experience
- Strong numeracy skills
- Solid organisational skills - ability to work to strict deadlines
- Happy to work within a process driven environment
- Good presentation skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively
**What makes you stand out**:
- Experience with Insurer facilities or Delegated Authorities, especially with Risk BDXs
- Good familiarity with Market reform contracts
- Knowledge of Whitespace
- PowerBI experience and Excel Formulas
