**Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Part-time)**:
**Location: Newbury HQ + (Hybrid Working*)**
**Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits**

**Hours: Part time (25 hrs a week, Monday to Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm)**

**What you’ll do**

The Supply Chain Operations Specialist will be responsible for Purchase Order management, Supply Planning & Inventory Management of refurbished devices.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Responsible for raising, amending and cancelation of purchase orders on time.
- Manage supplier invoice query resolution for VF UK and VF Group (VOCH).
- Build strong and productive working relationships with Supply Planners, VF Group, and Refurbished Team.
- Responsible for intake planning and inventory management for Refurbished Devices.
- Input to S&OP meetings for refurbished category.
- Additional ad hoc tasks as directed by your line manager.

**Who you are**

We are looking for:

- Experience in Supply Chain ERP purchasing.
- Experience of Inventory Management.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and best practise principles.
- Good understanding of mobile communications and associated products.
- Ability to problem solve & build strong relationships.
- Analytical Mind-set - manage large data buckets of information and ability to communicate business implications from complex data.
- Good MS Office & Excel knowledge.
- Experience of SAP & Oracle or similar professional purchasing/inventory system.
- Professional standard of verbal and written communication.
