If you are passionate about service and standards, charismatic, love people, love the industry, hands on and a natural leader this position is for you.

A background of running high volume venues is an advantage, and an interest in live music, craft beer or just general exceptional customer service and attention to detail will be something we're looking for. A minimum of 2 years Bar Manager experience is required.

**The Role**

**Bar Manager**

You will be responsible for the overall daily operations and performance of this unique, independent bar operation Working alongside the bar team, this position is very much a hands-on, leading from the front, maintaining high company standards of product and service.

We are looking for a bar manager who will demonstrate excellent interpersonal interactions and communication skills, with a natural ability to lead a team. They will be passionate in their role to ensure customers have a positive experience at The Lockdown Room

Our successful bar manager will be able to handle administrative duties associated with running a bar. Able to make effective decisions and inspire a team to overcome challenges. Problem-solving, time management and organization are essential.

Taking responsibility for overseeing the work of others and motivating a team toward a common goal. Skills that will be needed are:

The focus of the Bar Manager will mainly be on managing and developing the team, maintaining excellent service standards. A great opportunity to join one of London’s newest bars/events venues

You will be reporting to the General Manager and Director. We are looking for a full-time experienced bartender with great people skills and a strong work ethic. We require at least 2 year's hospitality experience with mixologist training.

We would also like someone with a sense of community who can fit into our team and work any day of the week.
