We are currently looking for a **Bartender** to join our team of associates in the **Mirror Room Restaurant **at Rosewood London. Our **Bartenders** are appointed to prepare and create drinks and provide an engaging, refined and intuitive service to all guests in the 5-seat bar area of the restaurant.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
- Efficiently preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).
- Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Taking a proactive approach in developing the Barbacks and the overall guest experience

- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service and the art of crafting quality beverages.
- Possessing a good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

**About Mirror Room**

An intimate all-day dining room hosts an award-winning Art Afternoon Tea, a selection of delicious sharing plates, seasonal salads, comfort food favourites, signature patisseries, fine wines and champagnes. Evening additions include a menu of champagne cocktails and light snacks.
