We are currently looking for a** Bartender** to join our team of associates in **Holborn Dining Room** at Rosewood London. Our Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create drinks and provide an engaging, refined and intuitive service to all guests in the bar area of the brasserie.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
- Efficiently preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s).
- Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment. Taking a proactive approach in developing the Barbacks and the overall guest experience.**Profile**
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
- Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service and the art of crafting quality beverages.
- Possessing a good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

A grand brasserie set in the heart of London, Holborn Dining Room serves up Seasonal British cuisine with a twist in a vibrantly bustling dining salon. Combining reclaimed oak with antique mirrors, red leather banquettes with tweed detailing, and two antique patina copper-topped bars.**About Us**:
