**Position Overview**:The Afterparty Cleaning Company is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our team. As a member of the waiting staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our afterparty cleaning services. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to providing an exceptional experience to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Setup**: Assist in setting up the event space before the afterparty cleaning service begins, ensuring tables, chairs, and other equipment are arranged appropriately.

**Food and Beverage Service**: Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests during the event and ensuring guests' requests are attended to promptly.

**Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, making them feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the event.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area during the afterparty cleaning process, removing empty glasses, plates, and other debris to facilitate our cleaning team's work.

**Assisting Cleaning Team**: Collaborate with our cleaning crew to ensure efficient and effective cleanup once the event is over. Assist in packing up leftover supplies and materials, making the cleaning process more efficient.

**Adhering to Health and Safety Standards**: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests, staff, and clients throughout the event.

**Problem Solving**: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from the management team when necessary.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other waiting staff, cleaners, and event organizers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties involved.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations

Additional Requirements : Full UK Drivers Licence with Vehicle (Desirable) or open to carsharing with staff.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
