Area of Responsibility:

- Overseeing the production of the daily and weekly plans for the operations using Transport Planning systems.
- Plan in accordance with driver hours legislation
- Actively manage transport and warehouse KPIs
- They will also identify and report all operational problems to the Operations Manager on a regular basis, making recommendations for improvement as well as regularly analysing reports against KPI targets.
- Work to strict SLAs in terms of timescales and quality
- Analyse reports against KPI targets and advise on actions to improve results
- Analysing actual operational performance and amending planning parameters accordingly
- Communication with warehouse, admin and transport teams. Must be flexible in work place as the role will require holiday cover for our Duncrue site.
