We are looking for a dynamic ISO Coordinator responsible for compliance and adherence to all the company ISO Standards. You will be in charge of verifying that all processing follows strict regulations to prevent any issues with the Audit requirements. Asan ISO Coordinator you will need to have strong verbal and written abilities to coordinate at all levels the required control in each activity.

This role will work closely with all senior Management Teams to support the Businesses internal audit function and maintain compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001 and internal regulatory requirements.

This role would be fantastic for someone who has experience of continuous improvement in various types of business.

Location: Warwick / Birmingham

Contract: Contract with the possibility of Permanent employment, full time, Monday to Friday

**Key responsibilities will involve**:

- Performing internal quality audits
- Maintaining the annual audit schedule
- Reporting audit results, identifying trends and data flows, and documenting root cause analysis
- Maintaining audit metrics
- Carrying out reviews, consulting on and ensure issues are corrected and proposing mitigation strategies to address risks
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
- Reviewing & maintaining policies, whilst utilizing an internal documented control system to align the ISO accreditations.
- Create and Internal Audit and Inspection Programme that is consistent across business units.
- Provide support to the company in the development of management competences to deliver the objectives of the company
- Communicate with Senior Management Teams to ensure understanding, achievement & implementation is delivered.

**Experience required & Key attributes of the successful person**
- Experienced as ISO auditor
- Working Experience of Implementing ISO standards
- Full understanding of Management Systems and continuous improvement processes
- Ability to work with staff at all levels from Directors to Shop Floor
- Good analytical and process mapping skills Ability to teach, coach and support staff to achieve the MS objectives
- Demonstrable compliance to legislation and use of problem-solving skills / personal judgement as well as policy adherence to make optimum business decision.
- Significant exposure to multiple site operations.
- Ideally 5 years’ experience in a HSE role and can demonstrate improvements in the HSE culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively with managers and project teams.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize own workload.
- Understanding of ISO Management systems and how this interacts with all areas of the business
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to influence colleagues to ensure that they behave in a safe and responsible manner.
- Experience with support and coaching at all levels
- Experience of successful cross functional working and stakeholder management

Additional Duties: From time to time will be expected to carry out duties as and when requested by your manager in support of company initiatives related to the services offered by the company.
