The role of EPRR within UKHSA will be varied and dynamic and involve engagement with a number of internal teams. The post holder will be responsible for managing several workstreams that cover the co-ordination and distribution of communications from the Regional Response Centre and the administration of the East Midlands Resilience Direct page. The role will involve taking part in incident response training including specific courses such as loggist and ICC set-up. Other areas of work will include supporting the EPR Manager to develop and deliver internal and external EPRR related training, managing annual EPRR work schedules and supporting the completion of the EPRR Annual assurance process.

The EPO will also support and lead on the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and locally held plans.
