We have an exciting opportunity for two Project Brum Data Assistants to join our friendly Knowledge and Insight team over the summer. Since we are a small team there will be ample opportunities for our Data Assistants to gain exposure and support us in a range of areas of our work like Performance Analysis, Quality Management and Research/Evaluation. We will work to your pace to make sure you have a fantastic experience.

This is a well rounded job opportunity that will encourage growth and learning via a range of methods. This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to gain valuable experience of working alongside communities. You will gain valuable work skills and receive bespoke employability training to compliment the day to day work you will be involved with.

Main duties

1. Confident with computer systems to enable the delivery of consistent and a quality provision.

2. Being responsive and flexible to the needs of the program

Knowledge, skills and experience

1. You may have previous working or volunteering experience and will be comfortable getting involved with a range of different activities.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships based on trust and respect, communicate with and relate to people of all levels.

3. Be a good listener, treat people with kindness and be non-judgemental.

4. ICT skills and competency in Microsoft Office.

5. A flexible approach to working hours.
