We are looking for a flexible and caring Support Workers to join our established team at Kilvie House; a pleasant eight-bedroom home in Kingswood, offering 24-hour support for people with learning disabilities.

As a Support Worker you will provide personal care, as required, and promote the privacy, dignity and rights, health and wellbeing of the people we support, while respecting individuals’ right to confidentiality.

As well as activities within the home, such as cooking, arts and crafts and bingo, many of the residents take part in community-run activities in the area, including hydrotherapy, dance, voice classes and activity holidays.

To be successful in this role, you will be supportive, a good listener and able to demonstrate good communication skills.
