**Salary**: £28k - £32k DOE

**Location**: Ashford, Kent

**Hybrid working**:Yes, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office, WFH Wednesday and Friday

**Hours**:Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours, core hours 10am - 2pm, start - finish times really flexible

**Your next job**:
As the Marketing Executive you will support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the long-term portfolio and product strategy of the business, as well as working closely with other departments throughout the business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working with the wider departments develop and implement the marketing strategy.
- Contribute to campaign planning, providing innovative ideas to meet our goals.
- Launch products for both our wholesale and hospital division.
- Undertake a website redesign project and ensure that it is maintained following completion.
- Manage all digital catalogues and databases for product listings.
- Manage and organise exhibition stands at trade events and sponsorship of industry events.
- Manage the creation of the internal literature for departments where necessary.
- Provide support in delivering ad-hoc marketing literature, templates and support.
- Marketing administration duties including proof reading, responding to enquiries, monitoring competitor activity, distributing direct marketing literature, compiling the monthly marketing report etc.
- Copy writing, adapting the language and messaging where necessary for both healthcare professionals and wholesalers.
- Brand ambassadorship ensuring brand consistency is maintained across all activity (internal and external).
- Maintain the online presence and social channels, advising on best practice and developing social strategies to accomplish the commercial objectives.
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing
- Marketing qualifications (e.g. IDM, CIM)
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns in a B2B setting.
- Website management
- Strong creative content skills and social media strategy development
- Experience working with print and design
- Experience of managing and delivering large events both in person and online.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
- Experience using SEO, PPC, Google Analytics and WordPress (desirable).
- Higher professional qualification or working towards, preferred Marketing qualification.
- Basic use of Adobe Creative suite, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
