This is a temp ongoing position which could go permanent for the right person.

Hours of work: 9am -5pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £10.77ph

**Day to Day Duties**

The Customer Service Coordinator role requires you to:

- Deal with incoming calls, speaking to customers to resolve any technical issues
- Following a set of on screen instructions
- Liaising with engineers and booking visits
- Keep customers informed of order progress at all times, via verbal, electronic and written formats
- Resolve any issues to ensure prompt manufacture and delivery, reporting of issues to the Customer Service Manager and Operations Manager

**Essential Skills**

You will need to be confident in dealing with customers, articulate on the telephone and an excellent communicator. You will be passionate about customer service and have:

- Confidence in using in house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records
- Able to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem solving skills.

**Desirable Experience**

Previous contact centre experience is desirable
