Audio Typist

We are offering a rewarding role for a pro-active **Audio Typist** at our Derby head office. This role is based entirely at our head office in Derby, so the ability to commute to the Derby office is essential.You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis** and in return you will receive a competitive salary.

**Duties and responsibilities as our Audio Typist will include**:

- You will be tasked with a varied role, including carrying out general typing and administrative duties.
- Preparation of confidential documentation.
- Audio typing of correspondence, reports.
- Processing incoming post.
- Preparing forms (electronically) to be sent to official bodies such as the Intellectual Property Office.
- Invoicing.

**Administration tasks will include**:

- Performing ancillary duties, for example scanning, shredding, copying, courier preparation/tracking.
- Filing internal paperwork within files.
- Processing the time recordal system.

**Skills and experience required as the ideal Audio Typist**:

- Motivated team player.
- Accurate typing, audio typing experience preferred.
- Excellent office administration experience.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- High quality work.
- Willingness to follow standard procedures.
- Experience of managing a busy workload.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
- RSA qualifications a real advantage.
