Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3)
- Critical Care, Inverclyde Royal Hospital. 30 hours.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Health Care Support Worker to join our dynamic Critical Care Team. You will work within the nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high standard of care is delivered to patients with a wide range of concerns. The role includes assisting with personal care, procedures, undertaking observations, clinic management, using trakcare, chaperoning, housekeeping, ordering and cannula removal.

Experience working within a caring environment/role and the ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential. Effective written and verbal communication skills as well as basic computer skills are essential. You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting the ongoing development of the service and work under pressure to deliver safe effective, person centred care. Evidence of ongoing learning relevant to the health care is desirable.

There is a requirement to work flexibly to support the service.

Shift pattern is 11.5 hours rotational shift between days and nights, Monday to Sunday.
