Do you enjoy working in an exciting and challenging environment? Based at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, we are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the clinical nurse specialist team in the cardiac rehabilitation service at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

The post holder will need to meet tight deadlines, collate data and maintain high standards relating to administrative processes. They will need to be able to work within a team effectively and efficiently, and will be required to share sensitive information with clinical teams and managers on a daily basis.

The Service Coordinator is the central point of contact for the service and provides information for patients, including coordinating telephone enquiries and referrals to the service. The post holder will be required to update and manage the electronic databases with patient information and sending clinic letters to patients. Other aspects of the role are local audit, and use of PMS, WDS, WCP, dictate Swift, Oracle, D&T data input, tracking patient notes daily, maintaining stock levels, booking rooms for meetings and filing.
