An exciting apprenticeship opportunity has arisen in the Forest Gate Eye Clinic. They are looking for someone who is eager to start an exciting career in Business Admin. You will play a pivotal role in the practice, coordinating the clinics, and assisting in the patient's journey.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Cash handling
- Building professional relationships with customers
- Receptionist duties
- Booking appointments
- Ordering spectacles and contact lenses

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- Level 3 Business Administration Standard Qualification
- Understand legislation with regard to confidentiality, data protection, and information sharing
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**

**Annual wage**:
£12,480

Pay increase after 12 months

**Working week**:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

40 hours a week, with 1 day off in the week

**Expected duration**:
16 Months
