**Aim & Role Purpose**:
Liaising with customers and providing up to date information to other business functions is vital in providing high levels of customer service. You will be a well organised, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

**Role**:

- Manage day to day liaison with customers relating to deliveries.
- Liaise with JB Kind drivers and sub-contract fleet providers to obtain delivery information.
- Liaise with the sales team with regard to delivery changes.
- Generate delivery plans and co-ordinate load picking with the warehouse team.
- Support the transport department, when required, during absence and peak activity periods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day liaison with customers and internal departments to ensure up to date delivery information is communicated.
- Development of vehicle routes and plans

**Attributes**:

- Good basic computer literacy skills.
- Good geographic knowledge of the UK.
- Confident internet user.
- Methodical approach to workload and prioritisation of daily tasks.
- Good communicator, both verbally and written.
- Punctual and reliable.
