Our organisation is led by an experienced team who developed Reflections with a vision of how they believed care should be delivered and pride themselves in ensuring that both the clients and staff feel fully supported.We require experienced Support Workers to work on a one-to-one basis with our clients within their own homes on a long-term basis.

**The key skills we are looking for are**:

- A firm understanding of person-centred care and planning
- Compassion and patience and an understanding of dignity
- A flexible approach

**Requirements **Support Environment: 1 year Car Driver Ability to work in LS20. Salary: £12.00 per hour Benefits: Company pension
