Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with challenging behaviour? Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can support and guide students to overcome barriers to their learning? **The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor** to join our team and positively impact the lives of students across various year groups **in KS1 and KS2 in Brent.**

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, helping them develop self-control, resilience, and positive social skills. Working closely with the school's SENCO and teaching staff, you will implement individualized behaviour plans and interventions to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a **grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths,** as well as previous experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour. Your understanding of behaviour management techniques and your ability to build positive relationships with students will contribute to their success.

The role offers a competitive pay rate of £81.76 per day and is a long-term fixed contract, providing stability and continuity for both you and the students you support.
