**The Vacancy**

PA Media Assignments are looking for a maternity cover P/T Financial Administrator to join the team for 6 months

Are you an experienced co-ordinator in the Finance department? Do you strive to make processes easier and more manageable?

In this role you can really test those skills in supporting the wider team. You will be working alongside our internal team, freelancer suppliers, finance division, and head of department.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Management of the end-to-end finances of the Assignments operation.
- Job sheet reconciliation.
- Client and supplier invoicing.
- Monthly reporting to Group Finance.
- Supporting staff on financial processes.
- Leading on team operational matters and logistics.

**Who you are**:

- Organised.
- Detailed in your approach.
- Pro-active.

**What we need from you**:

- Excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
- The ability to improve operational productivity on all aspects of department administration.
