**Sales Co-ordinator**

**Location**:Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9EZ
**Salary**:£25,000 plus bonus
**Contract**:Full Time, Permanent

BPH Attachments Ltd are a fast-growing and pro-active, multi-million pound family business. We are one of the UK's most respected suppliers of high-quality hydraulic excavator attachments for sale or hire, serving customers across a wide range of industry.

We have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced **Sales Co-ordinator**to join our busy team.

Sales Co-ordinator**:

- The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Service and Parts Manager, supporting the Sales & Service / Parts Team with all administration aspects to ensure all sales are completed in line with targets, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Dealing with incoming calls/leads regarding new sales, parts & repairs and passing to the relevant team
- Co-ordination and liaising with workshops and dispatch on sales orders passed from the sales team.
- Provide a high level of service to customers - through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing advice
- Liaising with inhouse transport for customer sales deliveries.
- Confirming of advice notes on computer system once dispatched and double checking weekly for any outstanding.
- Maintain / update CRM system with timely & accurate data
- Supporting despatch with packing parts when cover required
- Administrative support to Service & parts Manager
- Taking full ownership of your own performance against targets
- General ad-hoc admin duties
- Administration & ownership of new tracker subscriptions and renewals

- Key Competencies**:

- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personable, confident, self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask & remain calm in difficult or pressurised situation
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM system (CRM system training will be provided)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Great team player
