**Head of **Year**- Salary_: M1 - UPS3 + TLR _£_4873.85_ _Permanent_ _Full Time_ _Required for 1_st_ _September_ 202_4_ _Access to OAT employee benefit scheme including lifestyle savings/ major retailer discounts and car lease benefits._
- We are _seeking_ to appoint a _Head of _Year_ _with oversight of pastoral care and progress. _The _capacity_ to teach English at both KS3 and KS4 is desirable._

Our academy consistently performs above national averages in both attainment and progress at the end of Key Stage 4.
