This permanent position is suited to someone with a property claims background, who is looking to progress into handling a more complex, and dynamic workload, or looking to advance their career in a busy, fresh-thinking, and supportive environment.

**What you will achieve in this role**:

- Based within the complex claims area of the property department, you will handle a varied and interesting portfolio of claims ranging from escape of water to storm damage up to £100,000 in value._
- Carrying your own portfolio of complex/high value claims
- Full management of the claiming cycle including repair schedules and contractor management
- Pro-active approach to all claims to get them settled as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Empathetic responses to our customers when they need us the most
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure data is collected and collaboration where required
- The drive to continuously improve within your role both technically and professionally

**Your top skills**:

- Previous property claims experience
- Accurate data capture and entry
- An awareness of property related perils and how to handle a complex claim
- Positive work attitude and the ability to get involved in department wide initiatives such as sports days and awards ceremonies
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management
