**Job Description**:
Brakes have an opportunity for a **Part Time **Receptionist** to join the Facilities team in **Ashford, Kent **on a Permanent basis.

Our Facilities team are looking for a confident, Front of House Receptionist to join them at Enterprise House. The first impression of the whole company is the reception, and we require someone who is well presented with good people skills, to offer each visitor and colleague a helpful, friendly welcome.

This role requires you to work Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week, 8am - 1pm.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet visitors
- Administration duties
- Use own initiative to manage day to day-to-day challenges and issues arising
- Cancelling & rescheduling booking’s as necessary
- Answer all incoming calls to the reception desk
- Sundry duties to include sorting post, receiving & recording deliveries
- Ensure consistent compliance with company policy and procedures related to the role
