We are currently looking to recruit a full-time SeniorNetSuite Administrator to support our Technology and Ecommerce teams, based atour office in Ixworth Place, London.

We operate a hybrid working model: three or moredays from the office, the remainder of the week from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Expert for theNetSuite ecosystem
- Workclosely with the Product Team and Head of Product & Delivery
- Manageand approve all change within NetSuite
- Ensureall change is documented and trained out to other members of the team
- Managethe resolution of issues and problems though change and CSI
- Supportand train less experienced members of the team
- Managethird party providers, ensuring all change is up to standard, on time and onbudget
- ManageNetSuite releases, while recommending new features as they are offered
- User/departmentalprocess reviews and training
- Identify,design, recommend improvements to NetSuite
- Requirementsgathering
- Expertresource and escalation point
- Generaluser support
