Alexander Lloyd Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering an instantly recognisable retail organisation with the key hire of a Senior Netsuite Administrator on a permanent basis.


With Offices Based in London, this role sits within the UK Finance Function working closely with the Senior Finance Manager & Transformation Manager.


London - with hybrid working (twice per week in the London office)

Up to £50,000 + benefits


Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy NetSuite Finance Administrator to support and enhance our financial systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various financial processes. This individual will play a key role in managing the day-to-day NetSuite operations related to finance, accounting, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • NetSuite ERP Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NetSuite financial modules, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed in accordance with company policies.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal controls.
  • System Optimization: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to identify areas for improvement in NetSuite processes, recommend enhancements, and implement best practices.
  • Month-End & Year-End Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data within NetSuite, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • User Support & Training: Provide support to finance team members and other departments on NetSuite-related issues, troubleshoot system errors, and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve the efficiency of financial workflows within the NetSuite environment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role in a financial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financial Management modules, including GL, AP, AR, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and generate reports using NetSuite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification (or equivalent certification) is a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite Suite Analytics and financial reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with integration processes between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
