**Position**:
**E - Commerce Product Supervisor**

**Salary: Between £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per annum. Depending on experience.**

**Full Time, 40 hours per week.**

**Based: Melbourn, Hertfordshire.**

Working as part of our dynamic e - commerce team within our well-established business, specialising within the hospitality sector (with around 25,000 active product listings). The team is responsible for the development and day to day administration of e -commerce marketplace channels such as Amazon and eBay and our own platform.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To supervise a small team in relation to product creation. This will include new launches, day to day listing and category management.
- Report to Head of E -Commerce daily regarding any ongoing issues and project progress.
- To monitor and analyse listing performance. Focusing on key metrics on conversion rate, redirect of search terms.
- Create bespoke digital content for our sales channels.
- Maintain our internal content library for efficient supplying of files to customers and maintain product listings on various sales channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to support successful product launches.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Supervisory experience.
- E - Commerce experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work alone but also as part of a team.
- Ability to work fast paced environment.
- Strategic thinking.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Google Analytics, AdWords.
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Interest in photography and/or video editing.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
