Kirkistown Castle Golf Club (KCGC) is currently recruiting for a Part Time Restaurant Supervisor responsible for all aspects of the restaurant service whilst on shift.
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service to the Club’s members and visitors
- To meet and greet customers, take food and drink orders and liaise with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that customers receive an excellent standard of service
- To set up the restaurant and lounge area in the appropriate manner as per Club’s procedures
- Use our reservation and till system confidently (training will be provided)
- Be able to work on own and supervise junior staff at busy periods
- Work at a fast pace along with the rest of the team, efficiently, effectively and always maintaining a sense of urgency
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- To ensure that the food service areas meets the Club’s standard regarding cleanliness and health & safety ensuring all HACCP, Food Safety and Health & Safety Legislation requirements are always adhered to.
- To make sure that all bills are calculated correctly and payment received and be responsible for balancing of the till at the end of the shift
- To carry out end of shift duties according to the Club’s procedures.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar supervisory role
- Be able to deliver a high standard of service to our customers, anticipating their needs in an efficient and friendly level.
- Work well as part of a team and enjoy mentoring junior members of staff
- Have great organisational qualities with an attention to detail in all aspects of their work
- Be flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Have knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Have basic Numeracy and Literacy skills and be Computer Literate

Pay: £12,375.00-£15,475.00 per year
