Project Coordinator

Due to our sustained and continued growth, OCU are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Telecoms team in Borehamwood. In this role you will need to provide project coordination support to the Project Manager delivering OR FTTP services.
**Responsibilities**
- Review engineer EOD report and capture planned v. actual
- Monitor and Update Depotnet logs - chase engineers for missing information
- Update Depotnet, commissioning tracker and glide with job outcome by activity
- Review Civils due to start and complete
- Action/chase next steps to move build forward
- Track and record received estimates and job packs
- Ability to track and confirm individual PON THP and SHP
- Ad hoc admin - WIP review i.e. quantity of blockages, duct, PONs
- Liaise with OR and the Exchange RPM regarding your Exchange WIP, Exchange readiness, ONMSI changes, work quality (defects), and health and safety
- Attend planned project meetings (internal and external)
- Complete project meeting minutes (on weekly rota with the other coordinators on the contract)
- Task site supervisors to carryout daily activities to assist with delivery
- Manage engineer’s daily whereabouts and tasks allocated through to completion
- Jeopardy Management - Resolve in day site issues by liaising with supervisors/engineers
- Full coordination of flex work - i.e. Cabling, OH, Splicing and Testing
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to this role
**Skills & Experience**
- Basic understanding of FTTP - reading FNCs, job notes and line diagrams with an understanding of resource attributed to tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Experience within a busy office environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to own workload and manage expectations
- Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
