We are looking for a Project Coordinator and Senior Project Coordinator (dependant on experience and expertise within the role) to support the development, growth, drive and management of the Projects Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre individual to join and strengthen our team, working on a wide range of projects. As many of our customers are one-off transactional customers. It is essential that we provide a long lasting and positive impression, by guiding the customer through the process of a new/replacement electricity connection.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all assigned project duties and project related documentation to successfully deliver a project within set timeframes.
- Gain a detailed understanding of the project delivery process.
- Compilation and issuing of Work Packs and Compliance Folders which includes but not limited to RAMS, utility drawings, site drawings.
- Scheduling & monitoring of all assigned projects on a weekly basis and delivering to plan.
- Develop and consistently maintain good levels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders on progress of work.
- Raising project related purchase orders for materials and subcontractors, including arranging the deliveries to site.
- Prepare documentation for meetings including the agenda, minutes of the meetings, project progress documents and summary reports.
- Maintaining the scheduling & monitoring of all assigned projects.
- Preparing and compiling O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals along with developing and maintaining O&M data sheet library

**Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and understand the fundamentals of utility, electrical and traffic management drawings.
- Have a confident telephone manner with excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed with good initiative and a flexible attitude.
- Ability to nurture and build on established / good working relationships with clients/suppliers/partners.
- Good planning and diary management.

**Essential**:

- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of at least 2 years of experience within relevant role.
- Proven experience in Project Coordination
- proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks at a time.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Section 50 notices and permits.
- Experience of delivering projects within the Electrical DNO/IDNO industry.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry.
