We are a family-run Australian business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers. Our newest site, at Luton Airport, is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join us in our exciting new venture.

Our new site will have a lively atmosphere with a family friendly approach. People are at the heart of what we do, and our staff are central to the success of our restaurants.

You will be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, passionate about food and beverages and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer dining experience.

You will be required to work shifts, so a flexible approach is essential along with a can-do attitude. Shifts may include an early morning start (e.g 2 am) or a late finish (e.g 11.30 pm).

**The role**:
Working as a key member of our food preparation team, maintaining our high levels of kitchen hygiene and ensuring that all expected standards are consistently achieved. Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen and ensuring that both Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements are met on a day-to-day basis.

**Requirements**:
**Relevant experience - desirable but not essential**
- Previous kitchen experience with a good level of independent thinking
- Familiar with an airport-based hospitality setting
- Proven ability to identify and respond to possible health and safety concerns in a kitchen environment.

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Organised and able to work effectively under pressure
- Able to follow process and maintain levels of service output.

- Strong team player

- Proof of right to work in the UK.
