Job title: Press Operator
Location: Worcester
Pay: - £10.00 per hour plus shift allowance
Hours: Rotating Shift
Contract: Temp - Perm / Perm
A Manufacturing company based in Worcester (Blackpole) are looking for Press Operator to join their team on a temp - perm basis working on rotating shift Monday to Friday:

- Week 1 - Monday to Friday 05:45 to 14:00
- Week 2 - Monday to Tuesday 13:45 to 22:00 and Friday 13:45 to 20:45
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Prepare the printing press, operate and monitor its progress, and maintain the machine so it functions properly
- Adjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature and amount of materials for quality production.
- Measure, weigh and examine all products before they're packaged to see that they meet company and industry standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of equipments.

As a Press Operator, you will be required to:

- Proven work experience as a Press Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery
- Ability to interpret and understand complex documents
- Keen attention to detail A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
- Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
