A Manufacturing company based in Worcester (Blackpole) are looking for Press Operator to join their team on a temp - perm basis working on rotating shift Monday to Friday:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 05:45 to 14:00 (£10.86)
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday 13:45 to 22:00 and Friday 13:45 to 20:45 (£11.56)
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:
Prepare the printing press, operate and monitor its progress, and maintain the machine so it functions properly
Adjust machine parts as needed to ensure proper speed, pressure, temperature and amount of materials for quality production.
Measure, weigh and examine all products before they’re packaged to see that they meet company and industry standards
Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of equipments.
As a Press Operator, you will be required to:
Proven work experience as a Press Operator or similar role
Proficiency in operating heavy machinery
Ability to interpret and understand complex documents
Keen attention to detail A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
