**Job Description**:
We are recruiting a Sales Administrator to work for a manufacturing company based in Brierley Hill. The company we are recruiting for are part of a global company.
The salary is from £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
The main duties of the role will be:

- Customer sales calls for accessories- Enter incoming orders to our ERP system- Liaise with production colleagues on priorities and availability- Support and facilitate shipping of product to worldwide customers.- Provide sales administration duties to the business, the customer and agents- Field incoming calls, mails and contacts to sales, service and supply as required- Prepare standard quotations for machine and accessory orders- Follow up quotations to convert quotes to orders- Check and validate incoming machine order- Provide order confirmation to customers- Manage shipping of product following production- Be responsive, energetic and organised- Demonstrate a high level of customer service skills-
- Be willing to learn the full order process from contact to despatchIn return the company will provide full product training, a friendly and supportive office and an enjoyable working environment.
