Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation area
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate till management
- Assist in managing inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow food safety procedures to ensure quality and safety of products
- Uphold the company's brand standards and values in all interactions with customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
