**Responsibilities of the role**: As a Document Reviewer you will be**:

- Completing BAU activities - for example, reviewing and signing-off product literature items that are sent to the mailbox.
- Providing input and knowledge to other business areas on legacy products and literature.
- Involved in changing literature/outputs to remain compliant with regulation/legislation. This will possibly involve liaising with representatives from Legal, Risk and Propositions.
- Involved in the testing of new customer outputs as part of a product launch, especially contractual documents such as the policy schedule and policy endorsements.
- Experience of insurance Life & Pension products. Previous experience of working with customer outputs/literature is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with other business areas.
- Ability to convey complex product features in terms customers can understand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight timescales.
