The Housing Operations Team are seeking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer to join their team based in Salisbury.

**About the role**

The Housing Operations Team are the primary point of contact with tenants and, as a Neighbourhood Officer, you will provide a comprehensive and responsive tenancy management service. This is a front-line role and you will be engaging with tenants and residents on council estates. You will be building effective and supportive relationships and therefore must provide excellent customer service.

**About you**

You will need to be educated to HNC level in housing, estate management or have equivalent relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,151.00-£32,020.00 per year
