**Position**:
This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. Flexibility provided although at least 1 hour per week within core business hours.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with agency contacts across the Sideshow group to execute lead outreach campaigns through platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Translate campaign briefs from agency marketing heads into actionable plans, ensuring messages, audience, and timelines are aligned.
- Execute, monitor, and measure campaigns, sharing insightful dashboards with agencies.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops Lead on technical setup, reporting, and dashboards, ensuring accurate campaign evaluation.
- Drive campaign success by maintaining organised processes, effective communication, and collaboration with agency partners.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in CRM campaign management within a B2B services environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (or similar) is preferred.
- Proven ability to convert briefs into well-structured project plans and deliver on those plans.
- Demonstrated self-starter qualities, thriving in remote work settings, and autonomously driving results.
- Excellent organisational skills to keep campaigns on track, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring campaign flows and messages are cohesive and effective.
- A team player, adept at collaborating across departments to achieve shared objectives.
