**Accreditations Lead**

**Who we are?**

As our** Accreditations Lead**, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining new certifications and accreditations. We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role, working with relevant ISO standards, and can collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to ensure Verifile upholds our commitment to data quality and customer service.

**About the role**:

- Identify and acquire additional accreditations, expanding the company’s certifications portfolio
- Lead the certification and accreditation renewal process, ensuring all requirements are met
- Prepare and deliver the internal and external audit process, resolving any identified issues
- Collaborate with departments and business owners to ensure compliance with standards
- Lead the business continuity process, ensuring accurate testing is completed in accordance with ISO standards
- Develop and deliver internal training on accreditation and compliance standards, communicating any changes and updating relevant policies and processes
- Lead the relationship with professional bodies, regulators and contractors we are associated with

**The must haves**:

- A degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant accreditations
- Experience in a similar role, managing accreditations and certifications
- Experience managing audits and compliance checks
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
