**£23,500 Per Annum**
Full-time, permanent role
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Office based: Ipswich, IP3
**Company**:
Selling & hiring out office equipment and machinery as well as other consumables such as food and beverages.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Calling customers about safety regulations relating to the equipment.
- Working closely with Sales and Operations.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Answering telephone calls promptly, speaking with customers politely and respectfully.
- Organising certain processes
- Identifying improvements to increase efficiency and support growth.
- Supplying PSSR data as an when required by management
- Logging of accurate and timely data relating to safety regulations
- Maintaining clear and accurate documents for requests
- Supporting the coordination team during busy / absence periods
- Support with End of Day calls
- Updating customers and logging communication
**Experience required**:
- 1+ years’ experience working in an Administrator capacity
- Diary management of some form would be ideal
- Experience dealing with CRM systems would be great
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload
- Good time management
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- IT proficient, with a good understanding of MS Office products & CRM systems
