HR Recruitment Officer - 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension) Location: London Hours: Full-Time - Hybrid Salary/Benefits: £21.57 PAYE/ £27.67UMB We are hiring a Recruitment Officer to provide an effective, high quality HR operational service across the range of human resources activities and functions which supports the aims and objectives of the company. The role is based in the HR team and they are looking for support their recruitment process as well as wide range other generalist HR functions. The job holder will need to be able to specifically support with recruitment.

Key Responsabilities
- Draft advert texts for manager
- Draft job descriptions
- Advise on the best selection method
- Devise assessments, presentation or other suitable tasks
- Creating shortlisting criteria based on the role
- Draft interview questions based on the role
- Be part of panels
- As well as the administration end to end. Manage staff and resources allocated to the job in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct, including their responsibilities.

- To be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues and all others in the workplace, in accordance with the company's Health and Safety policies.

Key Skills
- Experience of working in a similar Human Resources role with responsibility for a wide range of operational human resources activities
- Appreciation and awareness of policies and procedures including; absence management, performance capability, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and retention.
- Knowledge and experience of using information technology including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and databases to produce letters, reports, presentations, management information, charts, and mail merge documents.
