**Civil Supervisor**

**Lead the charge in delivering critical telecom infrastructure projects.**

As a Telecom Civil Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our client's mission to expand and improve their telecommunications network. With your expertise and leadership, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex civil works projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of civil works, from excavation and trenching to installation and reinstatement.
- Coordinate closely with other teams, such as engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety and compliance protocols across all operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in civil supervision, preferably in the telecom sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management tools and techniques.
