Housekeeping Supervisor

Our Housekeeping team takes pride in the service it delivers to the College and each member of the team contributes to ensure clean, attractive and welcoming surroundings and high standards of cleanliness for students, Fellows, staff, guests and visitors. We are now looking for a new Housekeeping Supervisor to join us and be part of our College community.
As part of a small supervisory team, you will set and deliver the highest possible standard of cleaning and ensure the smooth running of the operational elements of the housekeeping function. You will be a motivated and well organised individual with experience of housekeeping and team management. This is a busy and varied position and you must have the ability to consistently manage a changing set of demands and deadlines in a calm and efficient manner. You will take a pride in your work and be committed to providing a professional and friendly service to our students, staff and commercial guests.

Fitzwilliam is one of 31 colleges within the University of Cambridge, and is a community of around 1,000 people, including undergraduates, postgraduates, Fellows and staff. The College is set in beautiful grounds on a large, seven-acre site within 10 minutes’ cycle ride of all the major University faculties and departments.
