Admin Assistant to The Buyer

_Natasha the Head Buyer at Bakers and Larners of Holt is looking to recruit a Purchasing and Administration Assistant to join her team. Working with Natasha our Head Buyer you will be based in Holt you will support the business to meet our customer needs._
**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**Organisational**:
- Processing orders with approved vendors
- Tracking deliveries and updating order records (e.g. dates)
- Support any function with Supplier related issues (first contact point)
- Supervise overdue orders minimise any delays
- Recognise risk and be able to pre-empt mitigate & find resolution of.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to, placing and processing orders, document typing and processing, taking minutes and updating documentation.
- Data entry tasks as per the needs of the department.

- Keep up to date with developments and policies and procedures within the Company, that influence the day-to-day activities within the role, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and any other relevant internal/external factors e.g. Company policies and procedures, quality management standards, health and safety.
- Have a proactive approach to working within a team environment and be willing to support the team in other ways.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
