**Business Development Manager**

**£35,000 - £40,000 + Commission + Bonus + Industry Training Programme + Progression + Car**

**Home based, covering South West - Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton, Newton Abbott**

**Are you a target driven sales professional looking for a new role offering a full sales training academy to allow you to be a sales expert and significantly increase your base salary through a generous commission structure on top of a quarterly bonus?**

**Do you want to have the autonomy to ma nage your own diary and use your own drive and motivation to generate new business through calls and go out to site when required to create work relationships to form loyal customers.**

**This is an excellent opportunity to be accountable for your own earnings by doing as many calls and reaching out to as many new businesses as possible to allow you the best chance of a successful deal.**

**The company are leading suppliers of commercial electro-mechanical products in the food and drink industry and are going from strength to strength, and are in need of a business development / sales person to help continue to drive the business forwardto allow the ongoing growth.**

**The role**:

- **Field / home based - covering the South West region**
- **7.5% commission of gross profit sales + quarterly bonus**
- **Outbound calls and site visits to generate new business**

**The person**:

- **Sales experience**
- **Ideally Devon based or nearby**
- **UK driving license**
