**JOB PURPOSE**
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and maintain friendly relationships.
- Assist in arranging employee inductions and other mandatory training required.
- Maintain all electronic employee files, ensuring creation of new files and archiving of leavers.
- Resolve employee queries regarding attendance and time management.
- Coordinates payroll activity utilising Time and Attendance and Sage payroll systems.
- To reconcile the monthly pension contributions, understanding the reasons for any variances.
- Resolves pay queries in an efficient and timely manner in support of harmonious Industrial Relations and general employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Providing accurate post payroll reporting to external third parties as well as regular reporting for internal parties.
- Implement and improve HR processes.
- First point of contact for employees on HR related queries.
- Assist in the administration and note taking for HR led meetings disciplinary and other investigations.
- Coordination of the HR mailbox to ensure effective communication
**QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLADGE & EXPERIENCE**
- CIPD Level 3
- Minimum four years of enperience in HR.
- Strong administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- IT Literate including experience of the Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent time management and high level of accuracy
- A strong team player
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- An experienced administrator who has previous experience of Time and Attendance Systems and can operate effectively within a fast-paced work environment.
- An excellent communicator across all mediums and be able to demonstrate that they have exceptional planning and organisation skills.
- Owing to the sensitive nature of the role, we are looking for a trustworthy, professional individual who will provide a good administration service to the overall HR team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
