Join our dynamic team at AALTO HAPS as a Compliance Specialist and play a pivotal role in fortifying our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) framework. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our Director of Compliance, contributing significantly to the development, execution, and oversight of compliance-related initiatives. Your efforts will ensure our organization's steadfast adherence to ethical standards and regulatory mandates.

What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with the Director of Compliance to effectively integrate the E&C framework into our operations.
- Spearhead the management of compliance programs, including KYC, KYS, and third-party screenings.
- Participate in identifying and mitigating ethics and compliance risks, contributing to a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Develop and execute an E&C training strategy, conducting awareness sessions to enhance organizational compliance culture.
- Act as a key liaison for onboarding third parties, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in compliance reporting and audits, ensuring transparency and compliance across all business areas.
- Utilize your legal compliance background to navigate and manage anti-corruption regulations and compliance laws effectively.

What We're Looking For:

- A proactive individual with a legal or compliance academic background.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and implementing compliance programs and audits.
- Familiarity with UK, US, and other key anti-corruption regulations.
- Strong analytical and agile reasoning skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, with a service provider attitude committed to supporting our internal customers.
