- Work closely with 1st Line Support and escalate issues as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document all incidents and support requests in the ticketing system.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for changes to processes or systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking protocols
- Experience working with ITIL processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
