**Education Planning Administrator**

**Salary from £31,960 to £36,705 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £39,432 pa inclusive of London allowance**

The LSE’s Department of Management is seeking a highly committed and motivated Education Planning Administrator to provide high quality and comprehensive administrative support. This role will involve you working closely with professional services staff and faculty, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Your responsibilities will include acting as Secretary to the Department’s Teaching Committee, taking responsibility for the annual update of course and programme information, and liaising with colleagues across the Department and LSE to ensure compliance with regulations.

You will also work to create the teaching plan for the coming academic year, working with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and equitable allocation of work. You will help co-ordinate the recruitment of hourly-paid staff and draft reports and collate statistics to support evidence-based decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to shape a new role within a busy and friendly team.

You should possess relevant administrative experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, sound IT skills. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. Previous relevant experience of working in a Higher Education environment is essential.
